if you need to cancel or reschedule we require a 48 hour notice to avoid any fees. Please contact your stylists directly to reschedule or make any changes. Cancellations made under 48 hours will result in half of the service amount. Same day cancellation/no show will result in full service charge.

If you’re unhappy with your service please contact us within a week from your original appointment. We like to address all concerns promptly.
